Come and join us at our new location this year at the Japanese Pavilion where you will experience our beautiful heritage through food, drink, entertainment and cultural displays. Savour our sushi or other delicious items such as Japanese style noodles, gyudon, sunomono salad and miso soup, and end with a scrumptious dessert of manju.  Our food is prepared under the direction of Chef Sadao Ohno, former owner of Winnipeg’s own Edohei Restaurant. Sample Japanese beer, sake or our sake-infused Sunrise cocktail or green tea. Sit back and enjoy the energy and power of Japanese drum group, Hinode Taiko; the Aurora Dance and Kaede Dance Groups; songs by local singers; and martial arts demonstrations.  Learn about the uniqueness of the Japanese culture and history through the remarkable displays and demonstrations.
