Come and visit our pavilion that highlights the Indian state of Punjab. With its unique culture, language, food and attire, Punjab is distinct from the other states of India. Taste our traditional Punjabi cuisine including saag (spinach), chana masala (chick peas), Punjabi chicken masala curry with naan bread and kadhi (Punjabi vegetarian curry made with yogurt) and pakora with rice. Try a Kingfisher or Cheetah beer or one of our imported spirits including McDowell's No. 1, Amrut, Old Monk and Old Port Rum. Visit our cultural display area to get a henna tattoo, learn bhangra, gidha (dances) and how to wear Punjabi traditional attire. While you wait in line for the show, you can enjoy some entertainment, appetizers and sweets.
