Trio Bembe

Trio Bembe is a group of talented musicians, including Amber Epp, Rodrigo Muñoz and Scott Senior, that play infectious Latin music with smooth rhythms getting every audience member on their feet. Inspired by the music played in Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Puerto Rico and Chile, Trio Bembe brings exotic rhythms to the Canadian prairies.

These three musicians came together because of their passion for Latin music and have played throughout Canada at festivals and events. The group’s album, “Oh My Soul,” released in 2011, won the 2011 World Recording of the Year award from the Western Canadian Music Awards. The group released its first album, “Trio Bembe,” in 2009 and continues to play music to celebrate the Latin culture and entertain people.
